These terms apply when you use wisundi.com or buy from wisundi (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
1. Orders
An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud; if so, we refund you in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and include or exclude tax as shown at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order through our payment providers.
3. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery, returns and faults are covered by our shipping policy, returns & refunds and warranty, which form part of these terms.
4. Kits and safety
Our kits are for hobby and educational use. Follow the build guide and our safety information. Kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3; builders under 14 should be supervised by an adult. Soldering irons, batteries and power supplies must be used with care. You are responsible for how you use and modify what you build.
5. Digital files and content
Guides, photos, videos and paid digital files are protected by copyright. Digital files are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use unless the file’s own licence says otherwise. Free firmware and 3D files are provided under the licence stated with each file.
6. Your account and comments
Keep your login details secure. Comments and reviews must be honest and lawful; we may remove content that is abusive, misleading or spam.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
