This policy explains how wisundi (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit wisundi.com or buy from us. Contact for privacy questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Order information: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, the products you buy and your order history.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login email and password (stored encrypted).
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: emails, comments and reviews you send us, including any photos.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our cookie policy).
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders (performance of a contract).
- To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and, where you agree, to measure advertising (consent).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job: payment providers, shipping carriers, our website host, email delivery services, and analytics or advertising tools you have agreed to. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 6–10 years). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Messages are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Younger builders should shop with a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
