Most questions are answered in the build guide for your kit. Every kit has a card in the box with a QR code that opens its guide and video.
Common questions
Where do I find the build guide for my kit?
Scan the QR card in the box, or open the product page and choose the Guide & video tab. All guides are also listed under Guides.
A part is missing or broken. What do I do?
Take a photo of the parts laid out next to the parts list, then contact us with your order number. We send replacement parts free of charge.
Are batteries included?
No. Lithium batteries have strict air-freight rules, so kits ship without them. The product page lists the exact battery to buy.
Do I need to solder?
Each product page shows whether soldering is needed under Soldering. Beginner kits use plug-in wires only.
Where are the firmware and 3D files?
On the Downloads page and in the Downloads tab of each product.
How long does shipping take?
See the shipping policy for delivery times and costs by country.
